Dynamic robot meta to counter negative seo backlinks?

There is a black hat seo who is spamming negative backlinks to my website with anchors such as viagra, poker, ect… My website happens to be pretty young so this spamming is pretty effective and I’m starting to loose ranks.
I came up with a php script that dynamically adds a no index, no follow meta if the visitor comes from a link with such anchors.
My question being will this work ? And will it keep my page indexed or not ? Would it be best that I redirect visitors coming from such links to a 301 error ?
It is appropriate time to make some plans for the future and it’s time to be happy. I’ve read this post and
